Payment terms

Unless otherwise specified, all invoices issued by Lone Star Technology Solutions are Net 30, meaning payment is due 30 days from the invoice date.

These terms are intended to work in conjunction with the due date listed at the top of the invoice. In the event of any discrepancy or uncertainty, the earlier due date shall apply.

Late Fees
Late fees will apply as follows:
• Net 30 invoices: A 10% late fee will be applied beginning Day 31 if payment has not been received.
• Invoices with payment terms shorter than Net 30: A 10% late fee will apply 14 days after the stated due date if payment has not been received.
